Turkey Shoot Guest Player Guidelines:

 

For all NTSSA recreational and competitive teams:

Please go to the tournament tab on the website and click the red “Check In” button to download the official Guest Player release form.   

 

Please complete the form in its entirety including player number and all required signatures.  If your guest player is from another NTSSA association, the player’s HOME association must fill out the player number and sign to release the player. Contact their association’s registrar. 

 

If your guest player is not currently registered with an NTSSA association (fall 2014 or spring 2015), the player must first contact the association’s registrar to whom they are allocated by their home address and find out what their association’s requirements are to obtain a release. 

 

For all NTSSA Academy teams:

Please contact your home association’s registrar and have your guest player added to your NTSSA Academy roster.  The player must be registered with NTSSA through a rec association.  If not, they must contact their association’s registrar to whom they are allocated by their home address and find out what their association’s requirements are to get registered with NTSSA.

 

For all US Club Soccer teams:

Please have your association’s registrar add your guest player to your USCS roster following all procedures regulated by USCS, including obtaining a player card for insurance purposes. 

If your guest player is registered with another USCS team, please complete a USCS Player Loan form following the instructions on the form.  This form may be found on the USCS website.  Please contact USCS for any questions regarding this form.
